An Evening and Discussion with Representative Keturah Herron. Keturah Herron is a Kentucky State Representative for the 42nd district (based in Louisville). Representative Herron is the first out LGBTQ+ person ever elected to the Kentucky State House. Prior to serving in the Kentucky Statehouse, Representative Herron was a justice advocate and political strategist for the ACLU of Kentucky and was instrumental in the passing of Breonna’s Law. The event will serve as an opportunity for Representative Herron to share their experience as an openly queer politician of color and social justice advocate.
